Perfecting Home – M – Care (PH-MC) is a nurse owned and operated home care agency started in 2021.
Hello, I am Sonya Gilbert and I am the proud owner of PH-MC and I have been a nurse all of my adult life. I could not imagine doing anything other than nursing. I have been involved in home healthcare since 1996. I can honestly say that I know how a family feels when they suddenly need intimate help from a stranger. My brother was injured in a auto accident and receives 24/7 in home attendant care provided by an outside agency. I can relate to the family member that says “we have no privacy, somebody is here all the time.” This is why I will go the extra to make sure my staff understands the importance of boundaries and are respectful of the clients home and shared family space. We will include the family in the care planning so that the staff shift times are conducive to the family living situation. We will train the family as long as they meet Medicare requirements, to be caregivers for their loved one on a case by case basis. We provide paper products, soap and hand sanitizer for our employees so that the family is not faced with extra expenses. Covid precautions per the CDC requirements. As a human being, I believe in following the Golden Rule. As a family member of a person who depends on the services of others, I am humbled and grateful. As a nurse, it is my distinct pleasure and sincere obligation to provide my clients with the best care that I can offer, that is my promise to you. I decided to open Perfecting Home – M – Care and seek my Medicare certification because I welcome the challenges, rewards and the responsibility that comes with caring for others with love, compassion and structure according to the nursing standards of practice.

We can be the low-cost provider for you, but the quality of Caregiver will match the price.
